Prof. Lucia Serena Rossi is a judge at the Court of Justice since 8 October 2018, she has previously been a Full Professor of EU law at the University of Bologna and the Director of the International Research Centre on European Law of the University of Bologna, as well as a Visiting Professor at the King’s College London.
